Veristone Products, Inc. is determined to provide the most personalized customer service in the industry and committed to making our customer’s experience a positive one.
Veristone Products, Inc. provides both a standard line of fireplace surrounds, as well as a custom manufactured line. Veristone representatives are available to help with your fireplace selection and specifications. Whether you order a standard fireplace or one customized to your specifications, we encourage you to review your order carefully. If you order from our custom manufactured line, the fireplace surround will be built to your specifications and therefore cannot be changed, modified or cancelled once your order is in production.
Veristone Products will refund your purchase should you be dissatisfied with any stock item within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned in a sellable fashion in the original packaging, freight pre-paid by the customer. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on custom orders, or stock orders with a Colorwash.
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Before your order is shipped, our experienced artisans inspect each item to ensure it is in excellent condition before it leaves our facility. Although each order is securely packaged to prevent any damage, there is the rare possibility the material can become damaged in transit.
Before signing for the shipment, please inspect the material. If you receive damaged material or part of your order is missing, you must make a note on the bill of lading and, if damaged, refuse the shipment. If you are unable to inspect the contents at the time of delivery, make a notation of the lading that there appears to be some damage to the contents and that you were not able to inspect the contents before signing. If the damage is not noted on the bill of lading, the product will be considered delivered intact and the order complete. If you refuse the shipment, or find it to be damaged once opened, you have 48 hours to report the damage claim to us. If you find the material to be damaged, have reported the damage claim and need to send back to us, please keep in mid there is a possibility the material will become more damaged or even lost when it is shipped back to us. For this reason we suggest you insure the shipment when you return the material.
